# About This Tutorial

Getting Started with Forge Schema Repository

This tutorial is an extension to Tutorial 1. This tutorial explains how you can see your group, library, and schema. When you create new group, library, and schema you can view that on FSR. This tutorial explains how to view it.

Introduction of Forge Schema Repository FSR

Forge Schema Repository is an interface where user can navigate in a particular organization, groups of that organization, libraries of a particular group, and create a new schema.

## Before You Begin

You must go through tutorial “Getting started with FSS V3” to understand the concept of organization, group, library, and schema.

This is a pre-requisite that you are a part of an organization called “fstech” and you are authorized to create new groups, libraries, and schemas.

You need to specify following parameters in user data to create a new group.

* `supportedType` = propertySets (mandatory)

* `sequence` = any number (optional)

```json
"userData": {
 "supportedTypes": "propertySets",
 "sequence": 100
},
```

You need to specify `read` permissions to allow everyone to view the group.

```json
 "permissions": [
     {
         "Id": "read",
         "Effect": "Allow",
         "Subjects": {
             "O2User": [
                 "*"
             ]
         },
         "Action": "read"
     },
 ]
```

You need to specify `write` permissions to allow everyone to create libraries and schemas under the group.

```json
 "permissions": [
     {
         "Id": "write",
         "Effect": "Allow",
         "Subjects": {
             "O2User": [
                 "*"
             ]
         },
         "Action": "write"
     },
 ]
```

You must create a new group, library, and a schema under "fstech" organization.

Group name must be unique.
